We research better ways to make cyber-physical systems that people enjoy. Such enjoyable systems are convenient, reliable, safe, and secure. We consider the process an integral part of the product: how we design products, how we ascertain their properties, how we make them, and how we use them are essential artefacts.
We look for better ways to educate the next generation of engineers and software developers. We develop ways to learn our processes.
In particular, we work on autonomous and assistive systems.
